Your role
As an AI Instructor & Learning Engineer, you sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, curriculum design, and live facilitation.
You are not just a traditional educator—you are an innovation guide. You will lead hands-on, highly engaging sessions that demystify artificial intelligence, teach practical prompt engineering, and walk learners step-by-step through building real-world projects. Your mission is simple: inspire curiosity, build digital confidence, and unlock human potential through AI literacy.
What you’ll do
Dynamic facilitation & teaching
- Lead interactive, high-energy workshops and learning modules for diverse audiences, including students, entrepreneurs, and adult career-shifters.
- Translate complex technical concepts—such as generative AI models, agentic workflows, and automated pipelines—into clear, actionable everyday language.
- Foster an inclusive, highly engaging environment where learners feel empowered to experiment, ask questions, and build without fear of failure.
Curriculum & learning experience design
- Design, refine, and maintain hands-on project workflows that turn creative ideas into functional prototypes.
- Develop practical exercises using modern AI software tools, prompt frameworks, and multi-modal creation suites (text, image, audio, and code).
- Adapt instruction to fit multiple formats, from structured multi-week cohorts to immersive, live event environments.
Mentorship & student success
- Guide learners through end-to-end “idea-to-execution” projects tailored to their personal goals or career tracks.
- Provide active feedback and troubleshooting support during hands-on building sessions.
- Inspire learners to develop a continuous learning mindset that keeps pace with rapid technological shifts.

- Applied AI experience: You actively use generative AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and automation frameworks in your own workflow.
- Master communicator: You can break down technical barriers and make complex ideas approachable, engaging, and relevant to any audience.
- Adaptable & forward-thinking: You stay ahead of emerging tech trends and love testing new tools, frameworks, and creative workflows.
Core qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching, workshop facilitation, coaching, or technical training.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Descript, Runway, or low-code/no-code platforms).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to command a room and maintain high energy.
- Passion for workforce readiness, digital literacy, and economic empowerment.
